Terrible service. Tried to contact them to renewal my medical cannabis card. I called in May 2020 to renew my medical card, they accepted the renewal fee payment and told me to call back to schedule a telehealth visit. I called back several times and was told to call back in 2 weeks every time. I have called this doctor for a refund that he keeps promising me. It’s been almost a month and I still have not received my refund. Terrible service.

This place and people are amazing very helpful and care about me and my concerns, I was on ton of medications after I saw Dr. Mark F my meds are cut to half and I am feeling almost pain free I am able to lot better then I use to, I was at the point where I was giving up then when I start the treatment for pain in My upper back and loss of appetite lack of sleep these symptoms start getting less and dr. Mark has great plan to target the pain and get me feel better and start to enjoy life again. Thank you Dr.
