Great experience, very helpful sales people. Skilled craftsman on site to help with repairs and upgrades. Very honest and knowledgeable.
Called for a quote selling my 2 solid 14k gold chains every other shop in the area was nice and gave a quote so I would then bring it in and they verify and see it in person, this shop had poor attitude and hung up in my face.
Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience – Very Disappointed I brought in a very sentimental ring that once belonged to my grandmother. Stopped in by chance for an estimate on resetting a bridal set. The customer service was impeccable so I went ahead with the resetting. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Will be back again!
This is the 2nd time that I use Naperville Jewelers. I came in for shortening a tennis bracelet several months ago and this time was for some repair work. The work was done fantastically with a very affordable charge. They are such a lovely family business and they will be the only jeweler that I will continue using as long as I still live in the Naperville area. Highly recommended!
