Wanting to support a local florist instead of a large online service, we ordered a $90 (before tax and delivery) sympathy bouquet from Naperville Florist for a friend who had lost a loved one. Unfortunately, the arrangement delivered looked very different from the photo online and appeared to be more greenery than flowers.
