I’m beyond frustrated with Pinnacle Fertility IVF1. Instead of billing my insurance like a normal, professional medical office, they demanded full upfront payment for services that should be covered — even though they admit in their own paperwork that costs may be lower once insurance is processed. EDIT 2: This is the THIRD google profile Randy Morris and IVF1 set up. That should tell you something. This place screwed over a disabled-veteran cancer patient. Yep, you read that right. Diagnosed with cancer a couple years ago, don't hear from them, then all of a sudden I get a bill that's thousands of dollars. Numerous other issues as well. I would like to know if they charge for the procedure to be an egg donor. I called the office and they told me that I do have to pay for the procedure, but I have investigated and everyone says that it has to be free. I would like to know if the clinic takes care of the procedure or if I have to pay myself.
