The embryology team was helpful and efficient at getting our embryos out of there. Edee in Oswego as well as nurses Pam and Tiffany were great. Dr Morris made me feel comfortable in procedures. Of course now he is gone, which brings me to Pinnacle and why you should stay away. Completely fraudulent billing. They require you to pre-pay for each step based on their “estimate,” which ended up being double what we actually owed.. every time. Terrible experience! Check your billing!! Make you prepay and make up “balance forwards” lacking detail. Takes months to get jumbled Billings. Made up fake collections numbers and called us ON THE DAY WE LOST A BABY to try to collect fraudulent money. Avoid at all costs.
Pinnacle Fertility IVF1 made a hard situation easier! They were supportive through the whole process, guiding us to next steps and ensuring we had all our questions answered (and there were many)! If you were thinking about IVF and trying to start a family, this is where you need to go!! If there is a will, there is a way, and they will find it. My wife and myself tried for couple years with no help, we should have went to IVF right away because they were able to help our particular situation rather quickly, and we didnt even need IVF just some medication!!
