I loved this office and the staff. Our journey was long and difficult but Dr. Morris and his team talked to us with grace and understanding. I called Dr. Morris a miracle worker. He looked so far into why things weren't working to help us get to our rainbow baby girl. The staff was so compassionate especially our main nurse Pam Bender. The staff is supportive and the place is clean, welcoming, and warm. They are very helpful in understanding the process and the cost. So grateful to the whole Naperville team for making my fertility journey just a bit easier.
I’m beyond frustrated with Pinnacle Fertility IVF1. Instead of billing my insurance like a normal, professional medical office, they demanded full upfront payment for services that should be covered — even though they admit in their own paperwork that costs may be lower once insurance is processed.
