We had bad experience with Dr. Morris. He treat us as a number and just another payment he will get. After our cycle failed we were very stressed and upset about it and wanted to talk to him as a follow up appointment and see what he would recommend trying or changing if we decide to try another cycle and he was very unprofessional and arrogant making comments like “oh move to Illinois it’s great here and you get insurance coverage “ like it’s so easy to pack and move. Very disappointed in my initial phone call. I was immediately uncomfortable to the point of not even going through with an initial consultation with the doctor. I am "shopping" around for a fertility clinic and have had two in person consultations with clinics that I haven't disliked, but just want to get a third and final feel for a clinic that was closer to my house. My experience with Pinnacle Fertility was extremely disappointing. Throughout my treatment, I encountered multiple documentation errors, medication miscommunications, and consent issues. Dr. Akins is dismissive and my embryo transfer felt rushed. The lack of attention to detail and professionalism during such a sensitive medical process was unacceptable. I will not be going back and transferring my embryos to another clinic.
This is our second pregnancy through IVF1 and both times we have had an amazing experience! I was alittle nervous about the unknown with the change of doctors after Dr. Morris left the practice, but it was like nothing changed and my care continued to be wonderful!
