I had my laparoscopy done here to begin my fertility treatment & i must say it was a great experience. Surgery in itself is scary but Dr . morris & his team made me feel very comfortable throughout it. Barbie & Allyson did an amazing job letting me know everything that was going on, but Barbie has that special care for patients I knew I was in good hands. My experience with the nurses and phlebotomists were always exceptional. Kind, gentle and caring. Unfortunately billing isn’t the best, and was quite the headache our whole IVF and IUI process. Unexpected charges and unknown totals prior to treatments was inconvenient. It’s nice to know what you will pay before you start. Dr. Morris (no longer there) was gentle during my transfers, and kind for retrievals but never individualized protocols and went with the “one size fits all” approach which was frustrating. I feel compelled to share my experience as a former patient of IVF1/Pinnacle Fertility. My journey began 4-5 years ago when I sought assistance with family planning. At the time, I expressed to the clinic that I hoped to have children in the future, but as I was older, I had concerns about my fertility and the possibility of a successful pregnancy. The embryology team was helpful and efficient at getting our embryos out of there. Edee in Oswego as well as nurses Pam and Tiffany were great. Dr Morris made me feel comfortable in procedures. Of course now he is gone, which brings me to Pinnacle and why you should stay away. Completely fraudulent billing. They require you to pre-pay for each step based on their “estimate,” which ended up being double what we actually owed.. every time. Terrible experience! Check your billing!! Make you prepay and make up “balance forwards” lacking detail. Takes months to get jumbled Billings. Made up fake collections numbers and called us ON THE DAY WE LOST A BABY to try to collect fraudulent money. Avoid at all costs.
