I had my laparoscopy done here to begin my fertility treatment & i must say it was a great experience. Surgery in itself is scary but Dr . morris & his team made me feel very comfortable throughout it. Barbie & Allyson did an amazing job letting me know everything that was going on, but Barbie has that special care for patients I knew I was in good hands. Dr Morris stopped by at the end & reassured me that we are hopeful on starting treatment soon. I highly recommend & thank you to all his team for what they do ❤️
I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this fertility clinic due to a serious lack of transparency, communication, and ethical consideration as a patient being treated for recurrent pregnancy loss. I began care at this clinic on December 4th and underwent extensive evaluation, including recurrent pregnancy loss bloodwork panels and preparation for a hysteroscopy, all while moving toward IVF. We had the most wonderful experience here! It was a long run but everyone was wonderful from the very beginning to graduation. I can not speak more highly. From the front desk, phlebotomists, ultrasound techs, procedure techs, nurses and doctor! Everyone made it so bitter sweet to graduate. Excellent Team! Great customer service. Compassion,empathy and true commitment to their patients. I work for an insurance provider. When speaking with members in the surrounding areas, I always recommend many patients to Dr Morris and his amazing Team. A BIG shout out to Pam, his nurse.She is not only an excellent nurse, but very knowledgeable, compassionate,devoted and sincere. Highly recommended.. Dr. Morris is a competent doctor… all the nurses and staffs are kind, patient and well knowledge.. the phlebotomists are gentle with me, no bruising.. the whole team worked with compassion esp. During our emotional times.
