They charged me 150 dollars after missing an 15-30 minute appointment that was scheduled 6 months prior. No call, no text and one email in my spam. I also got a negative vibe about cannabis use.
Dr. Morrison is highly recommended but the office practices are not for parents and patients who are trying to balance multiple medical and mental health issues. Most organizations use electronic communication/notification systems that send some type of reminders on upcoming appointments or appointment cards that store easily in wallets. Whoever answers the calls at the front desk, is a very unprofessional and demeaning person. She answered my simple and nicely asked questions (asking what insurance is accepted, and if new patients are being accepted at this time) she hastily goes “What are you asking?” I repeat my question. Her response, again, hastily, “so for medication or counseling?” and i said “Psychiatrist, please” her response “so medicine?” …Yes.. and says we accept Y and Z that’s it. i said thank you for being so kind! and so helpful and profession... read more
Beware of strict and unethical practices from Dr. Morrison. She dropped me as a patient, after 4 years, with no advanced notice and no explanation. I simply received a letter via email, from the Receptionist, with a letter from Dr. Morrison that she was dropping me as a patient. I called her and left a voicemail to ask why, since I had no idea why she made this decision. She never called me back, which is VERY rude and unprofessional.
