They charged me 150 dollars after missing an 15-30 minute appointment that was scheduled 6 months prior. No call, no text and one email in my spam. I also got a negative vibe about cannabis use.

Dr. Morrison is highly recommended but the office practices are not for parents and patients who are trying to balance multiple medical and mental health issues. Most organizations use electronic communication/notification systems that send some type of reminders on upcoming appointments or appointment cards that store easily in wallets. It was absolutely my fault for missing an appointment and being charged the $150 "No Show" penalty. Whoever answers the calls at the front desk, is a very unprofessional and demeaning person. She answered my simple and nicely asked questions (asking what insurance is accepted, and if new patients are being accepted at this time) she hastily goes “What are you asking?” I repeat my question. Her response, again, hastily, “so for medication or counseling?” and i said “Psychiatrist, please” her response “so medicine?” …Yes.. and says we accept Y and Z that’s it. i said thank you for being so kind! and so helpful and profession... read more
