Dr Planner and her staff are the most amazing group of people! They are focused on everything from general dentistry to Sleep Apnea and Botox! She is such a kind and gentle person with so much experience and knowledge!! I promise you will get the most incredible experience with her!
Kathy , Train yourself and your billing staff to contact customers if they see an issue. Not wait 1.5 yrs until the insurance says we can't cover it because the time lapse. And do not charge people for dental records. I hear that is illegal from other dentists.
My wife and I over the course of the last ~10 yrs have spent well over $20,000 dollars on dental care for our family at Naper Dental. We always had insurance and no issues until my insurance changed recently. Naper Dental Billing did NOT update our insurance information correctly. What makes this horrible is they continued to bill the incorrect insurance for 1.5 yrs and did not tell us, did not try contacting us even at visits.
