Great place to have ur dental concerns addressed! Doctors and staff are very knowledgeable, caring, pleasant, and understanding of ur dental issues!
My wife and I over the course of the last ~10 yrs have spent well over $20,000 dollars on dental care for our family at Naper Dental. We always had insurance and no issues until my insurance changed recently. Naper Dental Billing did NOT update our insurance information correctly. What makes this horrible is they continued to bill the incorrect insurance for 1.5 yrs and did not tell us, did not try contacting us even at visits. It's all about the money
Dentists are good but staff is horrible. They argue with you and then they say they didn't. They mix up appointment times and say they called to confirm when they did not do so. Not customer service oriented.
