After avoiding the dentist for 8 years, Smile Obsession was completely understanding and non judgmental with my situation. Dr. Amer Shah had excellent table side manner: he first asked what my issues were before describing todays treatment, kept checking in with me during the session, thoroughly explained my situation and answered all questions regarding future treatments. The staff at this office is genuinely wonderful - everyone is kind and incredibly efficient so there is no waiting. The team works smoothly together and makes the visit feel easy and comfortable. Dr. Pagel is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly, especially when it comes to issues like broken teeth. I left feeling confident that I’m getting excellent care.
I’d recommend this office to anyone, they’re great. Front desk staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Dina the dental hygienist is very sweet, knowledgeable, and great at what she does. Dr. Pagel has done work (fillings, crowns) on a number of my teeth and each appointment was quick & painless! He’s very skilled. I’ve been coming to this office for years now and I’ve been nothing but satisfied with their care. :)
From the moment I walked in, my experience was excellent. Angie welcomed me right away with great energy, Kara gave me one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had, and Dr. Shah clearly explained my treatment plan and what to expect moving forward. Love the care and service they provide! Dr. Shah and the nurses are amazing. They don’t push you to do anything unnecessarily and are fair. Jasmine the receptionist was awesome too, helped me save a few bucks by suggesting Zelle payment instead of credit card, and also helped me make an appointment date taking care to cover for my insurance deductible. Would highly recommend!
