This review is a long time overdue. Naper Auto Works has been competent and trustworthy for me and my family for years. $240 in labor costs to install 4 spark plugs is absurd. They do good work but the cost is higher than necessary.

Hi Taylor, We agree that sounds like an absurd amount of money to simply replace 4 spark plugs! Unfortunately on your particular vehicle to access the spark plugs involves the following: Removing the 4 ignition coils on top of each spark plug plus raising the engine (unbolting engine mounts & raise w/jack) to gain sufficient clearance.
