Thank you, Napa Valley Towing, for rescuing me today. I appreciate the superb service and support given to me by two of your associates, Scott and Jeremy, today. I lost my car keys, called AAA, who dispatched Scott and Jeremy promptly to me, first for a lockout service, and then for a tow back home, once I realized my keys were not locked in my vehicle. I have to deal with finding my spare car key at home now, but I have, nevertheless, made it home safely, thanks to both Jeremy and Scott! I’m very grateful and appreciative.

Was called by this shop on an AAA request. They called to inform me they wouldn’t be towing my car to evaluated for mechanical issues by my dealer! No service provided. Stay Away

called for a tow and got no answer, left a message saying I was on the side of the road and would wait for a return call. 'NRVER' even received a call back all day... good for them that they don't need the business or try to help in any way

I want to thank Napa Valley Towing. Today my elderly client called me and he locked his keys in his car. He tried calling triple AAA and everything is automated now through a cellphone and it can be overwhelming. Within in seconds Napa Valley Towing answered my call and dispatched a driver out to assist my client with the lock out. The driver was kind, courteous and professional. Great service from Salvador at Napa valley towing, these are the guys you call when you need a hand
