I was broke down in Napa while on vacation . I called Napa valley tow and they sent Jason out and he was great . He found a loose battery connector. Tightened it back up and I was good to go and finish my weekend . Jason definitely deserves a raise and a atta boy thanks Napa valley tow
The manager Dan sent explicit photos/messages to my partner while being married himself. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this company.
Hands down great service! I want to think the tow truck driver Chris for being willing to help me out with I’m unlocking my car when I accidentally locked my keys in the car while I was at Walmart, helping my disabled person that I work for grocery shop. He was in his truck across the street. Tanya, Spencer, and Jackson are a few of the very professional and helpful people who work for the towing company. They are the best in Napa. I highly recommend this towing company.
