The manager Dan sent explicit photos/messages to my partner while being married himself. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this company.
Hands down great service! I want to think the tow truck driver Chris for being willing to help me out with I’m unlocking my car when I accidentally locked my keys in the car while I was at Walmart, helping my disabled person that I work for grocery shop. He was in his truck across the street. Was having a lovely drive when my car up and died. Managed to limp to a gas station and called AAA. Was connected to Napa Valley towing and they sent a truck out immediately and Jason had my car on the truck in no time flat. Super friendly, professional, and took great care of getting my car, a friend, and myself to the dealer in Concord. Highly recommended — good people who seem to really take pride in their work.
