I called Jay in the am. My battery had been stolen and most of the connections were damaged in the theft. I had a friend let me borrow a battery and get me there. Jay remembered me as a customer and also knew the make and model of my car. I told him of my predicament and without hesitation told me to bring my car in that afternoon. As always, my issue was dealt with quickly and with courtesy.
As always, Napa Tire is the Best !!! Did oil change and checked a tire that was low and and replaced a light that had burned out. I like that they always check the overall performance of the car and look at things that are maybe going to need replacing in the future. They are all very knowledgeable, professional, and so nice! I would recommend to everyone! We have been happy customers for 25 plus years! Also very reasonable prices!
