I give one star to the nurses who work in the back. They are awesome and answer any questions you may have. The rest of the stars are taken off because of the rudeness of the people at the front desk, specifically the lady that usually sits at the 2nd reception counter from the entrance. She is very unfriendly and will just stare at you blankly when your number is called to go explain why you are there, then she will come up with any explanation she can as to why she can't help you. She should re-consider being there.
