First of all, my apologizes for my bad English...I live overseas and planned to buy an old Bernina from Napa Sew & Vac. Thank God that He led me to Russell's website. I sent an request to this company asking shipping rate and price of the Bernina I was fond of. Russell answered promptly. He kindly advised me that shipping cost would be prohibitive and Janome would be a good choice for me that I can buy from local dealer and have warranty and maintenance. This store has everything and more of everything and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was from out of town and they serviced my vacuum while I waited just to save me the cost of another round trip. It was worth the drive and then some. I paid just $29.95 for my tune-up and my vacuum is working like new!
