After dealing with our cat's skin condition for 10 months; biopsies, different medications, diet change, etc. we sought a second opinion at Napa River Pet Hospital. We were able to get a correct diagnoses from Dr. Carroll.
We needed a vet for an emergency with our senior cat as our vet was not available. They took us in right away. Dr. Carroll diagnosed the issues within a few minutes after a caring and tender exam of our older cat. His staff was also excellent, friendly and welcoming. We left with explanations of medicines and the care our cat will need, along with the scheduling of his follow up visit. I can’t Thank Napa River pet hospital for taking care of Rosie. She got a foxtail up her nose out in her Morning walk. Napa river pet hospital got her in that afternoon at New location. The foxtail was found and given to me 😊. Everyone watch out this is going to be a very bad year for foxtails.
Staff is always helpful and caring. Dr.’s take the time to talk with you and make sure you understand what’s going on!!!!

What a friendly and cute vet office! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The vet is very thorough and friendly. They take the time during the appointments, for questions, to review the invoice, and the time with your pet(s). I highly recommend them! I am so happy I came here!
They took us as a new patient with no appointment on a very busy Monday morning. There were no openings but it was an emergency and they were able to fit us in. The wait was shorter than I've had with an appointment at my last vet. Dr. Sarah and staff were all very caring and profesisonal. We'll be back as a regular customer from now.
