Great food, great service, great atmosphere! – I selected Providence Cafe to hold a small party to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Owner Don Both was extremely accomodating to all my requests. Both he, and his staff, bent over backwards to make the event special. I can't say enough about the experience! The restaurant is very upscale, but not pretentious or "stuffy". An all roung great place to go. – I went to Provience Cafe on my birthday and had friends from out of town attend. Everyone was impressed with the food service and atmosphere. Since then I have gone back on a number of occassions most recently ordering the prime rib. It was without a doubt the best I've ever had. And if you like a good martini, you've got to try their "dirty Fergy" it's premium vodka and olive juice garnished with hughe olives stuffed with blue cheese. Delicious! – We had been anxious to try this restaurant since we had driven past it and tried it for Sunday brunch. It was absolutely delicious mand very reasonably priced. Nice looking crowd even though there were an awful lot of kids. Our waitress was new so our service wasn't the greatest but one of managers did pitch in to help her out so we did manage to get our muffins before our breakfast. highly recommend making reservations!
Excellent Dining Experience! – This is a great restaurant that has a wide variety of food depending on your taste. The food and atmosphere are definintely worth the wait if need be. We were fortunate on the Sunday afternoon we went that there wasn't a wait however I would suspect as good as the food & ambience is that there is during busier dining hours. They have indoor or outdoor dining weather permitting. I will definitely go back next time I am in Charlotte!
