My furnace stopped working and I called Napa Heating Repair . They sent a technician out the same day and had my furnace up and running the same day. Great service I highly recomend!!!
couldn't diagnose the issue what so ever
Great service! Our furnace went out so we called many hvac companies in Napa and they all gave a 6-8 week window for appointments. This was the ONLY company that could be here within 24 hours. They arrived within the time slot they said, were extremely professional, and very fast. They instantly found the problem, and gave a low quote, said they would be in touch after confirmation of ordering parts. they don't answer the phone at 6:45am, but Google says they open 6AM. The website says 24 hour service! But, they don't answer the phone. What a joke. i am waiting since 2AM with a heater that doesn't turn off.
Horrible, horrible service. Technician didn’t show up at agreed upon scheduled time then blamed us for wasting his time. It’s 33 degrees in Napa and we have children in the house. Horrible person.
