Service department has poor service and it feels like a customer is an annoyance to their day. On my recent visit they accepted my vehicle but called me a couple hours later to say their employees had left because of chapter 11 and couldn’t work on my car. I think they knew this when I dropped off and could have just let me know. Anyway I don’t recommend Ford Napa for service after a couple poor experiences
I have been using Napa Ford Quicklane for a couple years now and the service has always been good. I appreciated Don’s professionalism and friendly attitude. My only recommendation is to figure out the parking lot situation. It’s a bit chaotic for the customer.
