If you have any alternative to getting your car services with Napa Ford - - Take it. They are without a doubt the worst service facility I have ever experienced. I have a ford car with two recalls. I called to make an appointment to be advised they needed to order parts and would call me back when they arrived - no call. I went ahead and made an appointment, checked the car in at 8 am to get a phone call this afternoon to advise me they had been unable to get to it. Not exactly what I expected.
