We had an amazing experience at Napa Austin! Ben was great at coordinating everything leading up to our time there and placed our referral to the Ronald McDonald House which we were lucky to stay at for a week. Our son had his first intensive here in DMI, functional PT, and feeding and made big improvements. The therapists are so loving, knowledgeable and professional. My daughter recently completed a three week intensive program at NAPA, and what an incredible experience it was! I want to give huge accolades to the entire staff. The program is run at the highest level of organization, care, and therapeutic expertise. Every team member we met was so warm and welcoming. We feel so blessed to have NAPA in our area. We’ve completed three intensives with them so far, and each one has brought amazing results! We just finished a three week intensive with PT Rachel, and my son started walking!!! He had plateaued for about four months before coming in NAPA and we were really hoping he’d take his first steps by 15 months so we started with Ashlee OT DMI and then this intensive truly gave him the push he needed. WOW! Is an understatement. The front desk is very inviting and full on knowledge. The therapists are all absolutely fabulous! They have kind hearts & personalities far beyond what one could dream and in a short 3 week intensive session I feel like they bonded not just with my children but the family and home health nurse as well!!!
