The front desk people and technicians were pleasant and knowledgeable. My purpose being there was to get an alignment on my vehicle. I was referred there by the place where I bought my tires. The truck drove arrow straight when I was on my way home. The only thing was the time it took. I was there for over 2hrs. However they found an additional steering problem which they fixed at no extra charge. This is my second or third time there and I'll likely continue going there in future. Thankyou Napa / Fairview Tire.
