Awesome customer service. When I brought my van in a couple of days early because the battery had stopped charging, they had the work done before my appointment date. One of the parts was discontinued and they were able to fabricate it. Upfront and clear communication.
I had a great experience at Diamond Head Motors! I needed my tires mounted and balanced on Tuesday and Thursday, and they were able to fit me in both days. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I really appreciated them making time for me on short notice. Excellent customer service, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and friendly service!
Very friendly and accommodating. I had to get a tire fixed and they squeezed me in right away. Great experience !
