Shitty communications and delays in getting my vehicle back. 3rd time in a row that they've screwed up like this. Routine, fleet vehicle service work each time. Recent one was oil change, cabin filter change, tire rotation (<2hrs work). After the truck was at the shop all day, they called me ~4pm to inform me they just started working on it, and wouldn't be finished until next day. Service was good and done in one day. They answered all my questions.
They took my car in first thing on the day I called....all things fixed and ready to go before the end of the day! Super friendly staff and upfront about what needed to be done and the cost associated. Would go here again!
Got my car safetied here as I was changing license plates and was incredibly happy with the service! Came out cheaper than quoted, car is moving and working well, AND there is a shop dog there to great you!
