Our car broke down on the way to Great Wolf Lodge from PDX but thanks to some AMAZING employees (Grant and Justin) at Napa Auto in Woodland, WA, we were quickly back on the road after they 1.) took out our alternator and tested it 2.) called around town til they found a competitor that had a new one in stock, 3.) drove my husband to their competitor to buy alternator, 4) installed competitor's alternator for free, and 5.) refused tips upon the grounds that they just wanted to help us get back on the road.
