I asked a red-faced catatonic guy behind the counter for a Platinum oil filter and repeated the word platinum three times to make sure he got it, but he brought me the Gold filter. I returned the filters a few minutes later and an unshaven grandfather who looked like he slept on his face found a Platinum filter. I asked him to first refund the Gold filters and then write a new bill for the platinum purchase, but he joined the two transactions to hide the attempt to overcharge by 25%, so I just got a straight refund and didn'... read more

I shop here frequently. Fantastic knowledgeable crew to deal with. No such thing as can't find it or don't know in this store! Huge stock and if it isn't in stock you'll have it in less than a day! Locally owned and operated and the service shows!
