Poor customer service. Need to update register. And great people to work there that will actually help a customer & not hide in the back peeking around wall to see if your reasy to check out or not all for the system to freeze up. And I paid cash.
This place is a complete joke. Came in to try and find some parts, stood at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone coming to help. I said several times “hello” which was greeted with you’ll have to wait. Once I finally got the heavy set younger guy to the counter he seemed so uninterested to help me it was ridiculous. Will never step foot in this joke of a Napa ever again.
Long time Flowers/NAPA customer here. This was my go to store for heavy duty and specialized parts and could still be if it weren’t for the incompetence at the counter. The last couple years I’ve had to educate the young people at the counter on what they stock and actually show them where it’s at. Please hire people who know about what they’re selling!
