Excellent service Old school parts store with great people, not clones. Friendly and helpful. Access to 3 million parts in the Napa system. A little hard to find, its just off Hwy 7 on 140th st, behind Pochel's Appliance store. Worth the trip.
Excellent service Old school parts store with great people, not clones. Friendly and helpful. Access to 3 million parts in the Napa system.
Never have what we need We have been to this Napa 3 times over the past year. We needed simple things like vacuum hoses and brake rotors. Each time they have not had what we needed and we had to go elsewhere.
Great parking, available customer service We went in on a Saturday and there were two employees willing to answer questions and help us find anything we needed. Aside from not being very knowledgable in what we were looking for, the service was good. The prices were great on some parts and poor on others.
Small selection, good prices, friendly staff I was hoping to use a machine shop that I had used in the past but when returning to this paticular store the machine shop was no longer there. They moved it to a less convient location to where I currently live. The staff however was very friendly and helpful in locating a new more convienent location.
