Ordered online to receive a text as soon as my parts were in. On the morning the parts came in, the employees did not scan the parts into the system, nor did they care to inform me the parts had arrived. I wasted hours waiting, only to go into the store to find my parts already arrived early but not checked in. I will not order NAPA online again.
I just had a disabled friend who went the napa store in merritt island who needed a battery replaced. I had just came from jump starting his van. The napa store was right across the street, drove over and asked if they could replace his battery. They told him no they didn't replace batteries only sell them. When he went to start his van dead. Went back inside to see if they could give him a jump, again the answer was no. Called me back to jump him again, went Autozone they couldn't have been nicer. I will never use any NAPA ... read more
