When is a "lifetime warranty" not a lifetime warranty? Apparently when it's a NAPA brand part. I bought a Napa brand fuel pump from San Juan Auto Parts in Farmington, New Mexico, installed it myself, and saved the receipt. The fuel pump failed, and San Juan Auto Parts refused to honor the warranty when presented with the fuel pump AND the receipt. Instead, they wanted to charge me $90 for replacement on a fuel pump that originally cost me $129.13. Total BS. The other national chains honor their lifetime warranties. I've been... read more
Absolutely pathetic, garbage & lousy customer service, they don’t stand behind their warranty (even when presented with both the part & receipt) absolutely useless location & company. Shop at their competitors you’ll be much more satisfied.
