Got the battery switched out, and their battery tester is way better than the Snap-on one!
These guys are great. I order stuff from them at least once a week, and they are always willing to help.
who goes here? I never see people in this place when I drive by. staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. Not sure how they stay in business at this location. Update. Went in recently there were three empolyees a customer and me. One guy was helping the customer and the other two were just standing there. I had called in asking if I could exchange a part for another they said I could. I got in and they told me I needed a receipt when earlier they did not. Bought a $250-$280 battery that latest < 3 years . Went in 3 times where they tested it and saw that it was low, but kept telling me to keep driving it ( charging it ). The last time I came in they said they would warranty it but last second when I was taking the battery out they came and told me that they wouldn’t warranty it. They said I could buy a new one at a prorated cost without resetting the warranty .
