Jamie went above and beyond to make sure she got me the part I needed. Napa didn't carry it, but she got it for me anyhow! Amazing customer service. Her team could really learn from her. The skinny older gentleman was pretty nasty to her when she was helping me. He didn't really didn't seem to know what he was doing because when he tried to help me, he couldn't.
