Working for an auto repair shop and people on the phone are rude I was apologizing for needing just a quick question answered I didn't call for attitude patty IDC if you are busy we all are be respectful and professional that's absolutely unacceptable.... Great locally owned auto supply store. Staff is knowledgeable and always eager and willing to help. They have a thorough selection of parts on hand but if they don't have what you need they can have parts delivered to the store within a day or two.
Hows it going guy's I think its about time you team up with Napa and work together to become the best again, no need to shut down anymore stores, there are great sales associates and techs out there to make yall both happy and employees love working for you from Houston to California Pepboys and Napa is where to go.
