RecommendedI've called all around looking for a break Caliper in stock for pickup today. Finally found one at Casey. went to check out and it told me that it was not in stock. So I called the store spoke to an older gentleman who told me yes it was. I try to place my order again it said, this items is not in stock you won't be able to pick up until tomorrow. RecommendedHonest, friendly and extremely helpful. I always dread going to auto parts stores because in my experience, I get treated like an idiot because I don't know a lot about cars. I have never felt that way coming to NAPA. They are honest and so helpful. I will always choose to come here when I need anything for my car. Thank you!
Bought a battery with 84 month warranty. have had for 30 months, died, won't jump start but told they need to keep it, check it, and leave me without a car. Terrible service, leave me stranded. Took battery and bought a battery else where to get my car going. Worst service ever!!!

I came in to ask about a metal pipe that connects to my radiator. I showed this gentleman that wouldn't provide his name because "he doesn't have to provide his name", he says.
