Tom serviced me today. Called him for 4 diesel filters. He knew exactly what I needed. Went to pick them up and he had them ready. Awesome response.
Baught a 12ft hose online and got 2ft counter guy didn't greet me and treated me as an annoyance and called their customer service just to get the same treatment never shopping here again
Lousy customer service
Staff is very friendly and the head staff has came out to help me to install the wiper blades as I was struggling to do that in the rain and handed me a help. So, kind of him. Thank you so much Sir, and thank you NAPA.
