Eric always goes out of his way to research and look up parts for me. I live in Boerne and will make the drive just for the better service in Canyon lake. Great job!
Usually very helpful and can save me a trip to San Marcos or New Braunfels if I call in the early morning they can sometimes have a part by the afternoon. They are always willing to recommend other options if they dont have what I am looking for. Only four stars because I almost always have to wait, it might be time to expand one staff member or so.
Very nice car show yesterday and I am sure everyone enjoyed all the FREE food you paid for and handed out!!!! To bad I was a paying customer and needed a starter for my truck and didnt feel like parking and walking down 2672fm to get the part. Thank goodness the new Oreillys was there, they had my part and I was on my way, Thanks again T.S.
8 years I have used NAPA, always knowledgeable and friendly help, Eric, Todd and Yon even will come out to my vehicle to help find the right thing I need.
Todd , Eric and the whole crew are Masters of the Auto Parts World and a joy to work with......They will even send ya to the right place if they cant help ya personally !!! Best bunch of Dudes I have ever had the good fortune to deal with....!!! 100%, all the way.
The employees at this store will do everything short of dismanteling their own vehicles to get the right parts for you. Customer service is one of a kind.
