I've stopped in to this Pittsfield branch multiple times on my way home from work. The guy working during that time is always so kind and helpful. I love that I never feel like I'm annoying people when I walk in there. Not all auto parts stores are so welcoming. They always have what I need in stock too. I highly recommend the Pittsfield Napa Auto Parts store and will continue to shop there in the future.
Great deals on batteries
Stopped using napa because they never have any parts available. Tried to give them another try needed brake pads didn't have them in stock ordered them yesterday said they be here today at 8. No pads no order placed.
Didn't have what I wanted.
