I ordered an item on August 29th. The item was supposed to arrive on Sept 5th for an online purchase pick up in store order. I ended up calling and the store employee said they aren't involved with online ordering. I ended up calling a few days later and still no item. I was already losing patience. I ended up calling NAPA customer support and they game me the run around saying I have to deal with the store. I love this place for odds and ends
I have visited in store previously which was an average experience with good value. I ordered online this time due to a "monthly special" price on exactly what I was looking for + free shipping over $35 as I recall. Although it worked fine for me this time I didn't like that there was a quantity minimum for ordering this item for delivery …it appears this does not apply for in store pick ups.
