I spoke with Randy at the 23rd Ave. NE location several times on the phone on April 2 because I had questions about a car battery I wanted to purchase. He was extremely helpful and polite and assisted me with making the order online for pickup later. The battery was extremely well-priced with an 18-month warranty and although NAPA doesn't install batteries, I called a local mobile car mechanic to do the install at my home nearby. Fast hydraulic hose replacement
I came into the store and asked the guys at the counter if they had a repair manual for my vehicle, they said that they did not but before I could turn to walk out, one of the gentlemen, Mr.Rob Alberts, offered to and printed out the specific information that I needed from their internal web site.I have always been impressed with the quality of NAPA's products, and today I am very impressed and grateful to them having counter salesman who went above and beyond for me today.
