Word to the wise I would go to any Napa except for this one in West Haven, every employee here has an attitude problem
First time ever going to NAPA. I was immediately met with rudeness and racism. The white man who was supposed to help us (me and my mom are latina), lacked any manners by being very rude and racist. He acted like he didn't understand my mother who speaks fluent English. Made us repeat ourselves and even tried to belittle us.
