I go into the store to get a new ratchet as my old ratchet is broken but it has a lifetime warranty. Apparently big boss Bob doesn’t believe in warranties and now I’m out 80 bucks. You’ll be better off if you don’t step foot in that store.
I tried to warranty a tool last year and I was told that because I didn’t buy the tool at the store I couldn’t get a new one. Had the Napa logo on it and they had one behind the counter. A year later I tried to warranty a ratchet that I bought there. I was denied my warranty. It’s a $140 ratchet and the rebuild kit is $16. I paid for a lifetime warranty when I bought that tool. Bob ruined my sobriety. I brought a ratchet in that had a lifetime warranty, and am told that he doesn’t believe in a lifetime warranty. This absolute heathen of an owner gave me no choice but to relapse into my alcohol addiction. But the other employees were great.👍
