I reached out to NAPA to check for some parts I needed. I was surprised when a call centre answered after dialing what I knew was their direct line to my local store. Anyway, the call centre agent checked and confirmed inventory locally and off I went. When I arrived at the location, I was greeted by Danny. I told him what I needed,he checked their system, and told me they had no stock. As a woman going into an auto parts store it can be nerve wrecking sometimes, but here I was welcomed, educated and treated fair. Good service very friendly and honest staff got amazing discounts! Very respectful and convenient location got all my parts at a very affordable rate compared to other stores. Very happy with my purchase.
