Lately when I’ve called here, they just disconnect the call before picking up or put you on hold, screw with you for a few minutes, and then disconnect the call.
All I can say is this guy DAVE needs a permanent vacation. Never met someone so miserable, entitled and rude it’s actually a joke. Will also be sending a very detailed email about our experience with you to your head office.
Bought a few times from this store and every time was a positive experience. Make sure you check other suppliers, sometimes Napa is very expensive,but their sales are great
