I didn’t catch his name but one of the parts representatives went truly above and beyond. I was stranded in Toronto because my truck had a bad sensor and went into limp mode (can’t drive over 20km/hr). On Christmas Eve he brought the part I ordered right to my door since the shop was closing early. He saved my Christmas and made it possible for me to get my truck out of limp mode.
