Super helpful when changing my battery, very thankful for their patience and hell
What a waste of time. They gave me the wrong part after I had given all the correct specs on the phone and in-person. Drove home and after I was ready to install, I pulled the part out of the box to realize it definitely was incorrect. After calling this NAPA, he suggested a part for a previous gen that obviously would not have worked. Not that it matters, but ZERO APOLOGIES GIVEN. Do yourself a favour and find a shop that actually cares about your time.
