Been here a few times, my last couple interactions were with Don at the front counter. I should say, Don has a special way of making a simple parts interaction into a pointless rigmarole. A needless waste of time. If you see Don at the front counter, turn around and leave.
BE AWARE! When you return a core to THIS napa for credit, that they charge you both taxes on, they KEEP THE TAX AND ONLY REFUND THE PART COST. Only company that does this. So will not be going back to this place again. Unscrupulous business practice.
