Came in looking for a part, unfortunately due to some damage I need to fix something else. Either way Patrick and Katlyn were ultra friendly super efficient and didn’t hesitate to get out in this cold weather to help me take a look at things! Will be coming back for any other things I may need thank you.
So bad day for me as my wife's car lost power. We were able to limp the this NAPA. We got the free diagnostics but got bad news. So while transferring everything to my truck my family was inside and they were super kind and offered a free toy car to My youngest. This was so kind and generous and I will only shop Napa due to the kind gesture during my crap situation. Thank You NAPA.
They flat out refuse to return Napaonline items if they were shipped to your home even though the return policy specifically indicates that it can be returned to the store. I get the impression they just don't want to do it because it is against some sales metric they are trying to achieve. Seems deceitful. But-they are willing to exchange-just not return. This adds to my impression. Wasted my time because they don't want to honor their company policy.
I do my own oil changes, and NAPA had exactly what I needed for my Jeep—oil and filter. The counter staff knew what I was after and got me out the door quick. Met expectations perfectly.
Everytime I came in David seemed to have an attitude called in last week to the point he hung up on me for no reason I said it’s fine he probs had a bad day but I came In today to return one thing n he’s like u got a receipt im like u can find me in the system he started to get red in the face and mad for no reason the other employees are great they deserve a raise for the great service I may no longer shop here at this location if David’s working bad employee lazy doesn’t like his job
