Look elsewhere! Read the reviews before you get lured into living here. The negatives are exactly right! Very unresponsive management. If you need something done, you will have to do for yourself. And then you will be charged for it when you move out. There are plenty of better alternatives in Baton Rouge. Look elsewhere!
Parts are not just parts. I'm picky and so is my mechanic (GoodYear Tire) and this is there first choice. You can maybe get it cheaper some where else, but the labor cost the same. Your decision.

Just another company killing America – They tested my battery and said it was bad and the only match they had was a hundred dollars. "If you give us your old one you get a $10 rebate" They assured me. When I got home the battery was not the problem, as I suspected, and since I turned in the old one I was stuck with the hundred dollar battery and I had to continue buying parts to get my vehicle working! Horrid This place is so repulsive that I'd rather be homeless, end of discussion. DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!!! Try and find other apartments because you can do better. Other apartments have better pricing and deals for where you're located. University Crescent is a SCAM!
Stay Away My son lived at University Crescent for 4 years. The maintenance was slow and poor, at best. However, I understood that it was college students, so I didn't let it bother me too much. Examples are: garbage disposal did not work for approximately 6 to 8 months. Microwave did not work, so I eventually purchased one for him and his roommates to use.
