The customer service person who helped me, "Will" was very nice, helpful and informative. I've used Napa in the past but switched to Amazon due to convenience, however you can never be too sure as to the quality of what you get from Amazon. At least with Napa you are face to face with someone and you can be confident that the auto parts you are getting are 100% legitimate. Thank You "Will" for your wonderful customer service.
