The people that work there are nice and helpful. This review has no bearing on the people that work there, but the owners decision to rape their customers. Know the Newton location is not a True NAPA store. It is independently owned by folks in Illinois that apparently are greedy. When they took over they raised the prices for all. They can get above MSRP prices. I no longer support this local business as I've found I can drive to Des Moines NAPA store on Douglas and get things 25 to 50% less!
