I purchased a set of wiper blades for 2019 Equinox and when installing them went easy peasy till installed the driver side and after installation put the wiper down onto the windshield and the plastic lock on the wiper broke. I returned the broken wiper and explained what had happened and they were understanding and courteous. They let me exchange the wiper without issue. I walked in to get a hydraulic hose repaired and was met with super-friendly staff. They were kind and very helpful to me. The store is super clean and well organized. I was given no hassle and walked out with much needed items! 10/10 would shop there again!
