Suuuuper helpful staff.
Employee tried arguing with me and made snarky comments because I had to return a tool, told never to come back and return something at that store ever again, let’s just say I canceled my commercial accounts and won’t be ever returning to any Napa after this

They replaced my battery under warranty no questions asked. I came in with a bad battery I had bought ~2 years ago, but had lost the receipt. I came in and told them that, and they were happy to replace it fully under warranty without any hassle.
