I have to Express my displeasure I experienced at this store. I visited them the week preceding Easter 2025 in my Semi Truck to address a possible battery concern due to slow crank. I had installed 24 month Napa Commercial Batteries some 15-18 months earlier. So I presumed I would have some warranty. 1 tested bad, 1 tested weak and the other two were marginal. order never arrived. waited over 2 weeks for it to ship to the store. had to personally request a cancellation vs napa doing it automatically.
