Wanted to exchange parts I wrongly purchased without receipt was treated poorly by angry Manager who instead of just saying sorry we can't do that proceeded to read company policy. I had already spoken to 2 other napa stores that said it shouldn't be a problem as a 20 year customer sad to say I'll never shop at any napa store again don't know how Manager got her job doesn't know anything about customer service rude and unhelpful I'll just buy online cheaper anyway
