Gerardo Martinez helped me with what I was looking for and even went above and beyond to make sure I had the answers I needed. Top notch customer service and communication. Not too many parts professionals have my respect like Gerardo does. This dude needs to receive an award for his dedication. If this store was closer to my repair shop, I would use Napa 100% of the time just because of Gerardo. Give this man a raise! You wont be able to replace him.

They don’t stay open the hours they say they do
Very happy with my experience here. I had went down the street to AutoZone and they tried to sell me an overpriced alternator and lied to me telling I needed an alternator with a clutch!?!?!? What the heck? Thankfully the guy at Napa informed me that she was not truthful and price matched an alternator to get me back on the road. Glad there are still businesses that take care of their customers. Thank you!!
