Laughable customer service.
Bought a starter from Napa in Lake Butler that turned out to be faulty. Went to this location to change it out (lifetime Nation wide Napa warranty) guy at the counter told me he wouldn't change it out because that location is owned by a different guy then Lake Butler. Odd. Didn't argue with him. I had my original receipt from when I bought it just 2 days prior. Called 3 other locations and each guy said they have no idea why he wouldn't warranty it.
