Called to order some oil filters for my boats Yanmar engines. Friendly staff said they'd have them in a few hours. I went the next morning and unfortunately the filters were dropped at the wrong store. So I came back later and grabbed them and they gave me a discount for the trouble of making two trips. Mistakes happen, I was happy they resolved the problem and gave me a deal without me having to even ask! Hard to find good customer service now a days. I wish this was my local Napa!
Husband placed an order for me to go pick up. The gentlemen at the desk were kind and welcoming and helped me out quick. Great job guys!
Good deal on a normal car battery. Unfortunately, when I looked online it showed that my local guy did not have that battery in stock. Turns out it was in but I had to order it online. That was the only way I could get it at the discounted price shown good. Good battery, good guys at the store. Seems like Napa is pushing too damn hard to make us order everything online. I don't like it! I'll be glad when there's more pushback against the overwhelming tide to buy everything online.
Friendly employees
These guys are amazing, they recharged my car battery for me and tested it for free and they even carried it for me
