OMG! THEY ARE GONE! PHONE IS DISCONNECTED! These guys knew EVERYONE around here! They have taken time with me to look up stuff and the had my purchase records when I forgot to file one in my records and wasn't sure when I last changed my timing belt. Out of Buisness.
Purchased parts for car alignment that I ended up not needing. Went to this store to return them since it was closer to my house. As soon as I walked in with the boxes and receipt the guy behind the counter gave me a dirty look. He then took 5 seconds to look at my receipt and said that they don't have to honor returns from other NAPA stores and I had to go back across town to where I purchased them. Then immediately turned to his co-worker and started talking, completely dismissing me.
